TIS has been shortlisted for two awards at the 2023 Health Investor Awards for ‘Partnership of the Year’ and ‘Best Use of Technology’!
Partnership of the Year
From ‘Supplier’ to ‘Trusted Partner’, TIS has developed a symbiotic relationship with Audley Group over many years, based on trust and the ongoing pursuit of innovative technology solutions.
Our recent contract extension is testament to this long-standing partnership and the ways in which we partner with Audley Group to achieve its mission: ‘To be the market leader and most trusted provider of retirement living in the UK’.
Best Use of Technology
Launched in 2021, Sentinel is a non-invasive, non-disruptive monitoring and emergency call system, combined with an easy-to-use communication system which has been designed specifically for IRC operators and their residents.
Using convergence to provide technology solutions specifically tailored to the Senior Living sector, our Sentinel SmartLINK home hub device is being installed across all of Audley’s existing and new developments.

These award shortlists help to recognise our commitment to the IRC sector and mark a significant milestone in our growth strategy.
James Twigg, CEO at TIS, commented:
“The IRC sector is seeing significant growth and operators will continue to need long-term support from trusted partners if they are to scale up to meet the demands of an ageing population. It’s great to be shortlisted for these awards, especially as we continue to grow our product and service offering for IRC operators, providing a mix of strategic design consultancy, innovative technology expertise and premium service and maintenance support.”
