Audley selects Sentinel Smart Hub for Integrated Retirement Communities

Designed and developed specifically for integrated retirement communities (IRC), the Sentinel SmartLINK home hub helps residents to remain independent and live better for longer.

TIS has announced a new deal with Audley Group, the luxury retirement village operator, to install Sentinel SmartLINK smart hub devices in all new-build and refurbished retirement villages.

Designed and developed specifically for integrated retirement communities (IRC), the Sentinel SmartLINK home hub helps residents to remain independent and live better for longer. Sentinel’s range of SmartLINK home hubs and door entry panels deliver new levels of communication, connectivity and care, whilst streamlining service delivery for care teams.

Sentinel will be installed initially across four new-build sites and one village refurbishment for Audley Villages, and one new-build site for Mayfield Villages, also part of the Audley Group. Moving forward, Sentinel will be installed across all Audley’s new-build developments and village refurbishments. Over the next few years Audley expects to install several thousand Sentinel SmartLINK home hub devices across their portfolio of integrated retirement communities.

Launched in 2021, Sentinel is a non-invasive, non-disruptive monitoring and emergency call system, combined with an easy-to-use communication system.

Sentinel’s range of modern touchscreen devices promote independent living, helping residents to stay connected to their friends, family and wider community whilst offering reassurance that help and support is available at the touch of a button or a simple voice command.

A reliable, easy-to-use, easy-to-maintain digital replacement for antiquated, analog emergency alert boxes and buttons, Sentinel will enable Audley to streamline the protection and care of its residents.

James Twigg, CEO at TIS, commented:

“Developed specifically with modern retirement villages in mind, Sentinel SmartLINK is fully customisable, adapting to the unique needs of each integrated retirement community. We believe Sentinel has the potential to provide retirement village operators with a further competitive advantage when attracting new residents and streamlining care delivery.”

Paul Morgan at Audley, said:

“We’re always looking for ways to improve and enhance the lives of our owners and help fulfil our mission of being the most trusted provider of luxury retirement living in the UK. Sentinel is an exceptional product that protects our owners and offers them a way to stay better connected with friends and family, helping them to maintain their independence and live better for longer.”
