How we help
You can grow in an inclusive, diverse and collaborative environment, committed to supporting local communities.
In the community
We work closely with local universities, colleges, training providers and schools, offering work experience and apprenticeship programmes in engineering, administration, accounts, CAD, repairs and bench assemblers. We recognise the need to provide career opportunities to students in the community. We support many charitable and fundraising events, recently sponsoring the local community's Young Sports Person of the Year awards.
Environment
We understand the environmental impact of our business and the ways in which these should be managed and minimised. We continually look at ways to improve our fleet of vehicles by reducing emission levels and introducing eco vehicles. Wherever possible, the waste produced is kept to a minimum with items being reused and recycled. We are registered with local agencies in compliance with regulatory requirements. Environmental considerations are integrated into investment decisions, the design of products, services provided, by suppliers and with sub-contractors. All employees and sub-contractors are required to follow the implementation of our Environmental Policy.
