Due to the Company’s continued success, we are looking to expand the Operations Team in the Leeds area and are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Admin Support This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and become a valued member of the team. You should be positive and enthusiastic having the ability to provide the client with a premium service and the capability to work independently or within a team when required.

The role involves:

  • Stock Control/Replenishment and associated paperwork
  • Assist with deliveries ensuring they match the order, marking up stock to jobs
  • Speaking to engineers, customers, answering e-mail/ phone queries
  • Inputting data on to the Company’s database
  • Asset collation
  • Logging Reactive service calls
  • Timesheets
  • General admin duties
  • Greeting visitors
  • Provide a premium service to customers at all times
  • Always working to safe health and safety practices
  • Inclusion in the Company’s out of hours call out rota

Key experience / Qualifications:

  • Must be skilled in the use of MS Office 365 (Word/Excel/Outlook/Share Point)
  • 2 years administration experience desired
  • Ideally have a Business Administration qualification

  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills

We will offer the following package:

  • Working hours: Part-time - Monday – Friday, 10.00am – 2.00pm (Flexible for the right candidate)
  • Salary: Competitive salary dependant on skills, experience, and qualifications.
