Multi Disciplined Engineer - Ref: V349

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Multi-Disciplined Engineer to join our growing team in the Birmingham area. This is a excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to expand their expertise across a range of fire and security systems, including Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms, and Networking.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality service. Ongoing training and development will be provided to support your professional growth.

The role involves:

  • Service and maintain Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms and Networking systems
  • Demonstrate a willingness to undertake fire alarm training and develop into a fully multi-disciplined engineer
  • Provide support with the commissioning of systems, when required
  • Ensure client satisfaction is achieved before leaving site by delivering a high standard of service
  • Accurately complete all required documentation, including timesheets, and job reports, using the Company’s service management system
  • Deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures and best practices
  • Participate in the Company’s out of hours callout rota

Key experience / Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, High-End CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm Systems
  • Knowledge of networking and PABX systems would be an advantage
  • Gent approved engineer status is desirable (training provided if not certified)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance and repair of the relevant systems
  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm (Permanent)
