Maintenance Engineer (Security) - Ref: V343
Are you an experienced Security Maintenance Engineer looking to join a company that values quality, professionalism, and

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused engineer to join our growing team in the West Midlands. This is an excellent
opportunity for someone with CCTV and security systems knowledge who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and
building strong client relationships.
You will be working across a variety of security systems and environments, supported with ongoing training and development to
help you continue progressing your career.
The role involves:
- Carry out planned maintenance on a variety of security systems, including public space CCTV, Intruder and intercoms
- Complete all required documentation accurately, including job reports and timesheets, using the Company’s service management system
- Maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety procedures and best practices
- Participate in the Company’s out of hours callout rota
- Represent the business professionally at all times when interacting with clients and colleagues
Key experience / Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience maintaining CCTV systems
- Good technical knowledge of CCTV, Intruder, networking, and intercom systems
- IPAF Licence
- PTS (desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence

- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm
