We are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join our team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and become a valued member of the team. You should be positive and enthusiastic having the ability to provide the client with a premium service and the capability to work independently or within a team when required.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality and the confidence to deal with a variety of individuals to assist in the smooth running of the business.

The role involves:

  • Stock Control/Replenishment and associated paperwork
  • Assist with deliveries ensuring they match the order, marking up stock to jobs
  • Preparation of O & M Manuals
  • Speaking to engineers, customers, answering e-mail/ phone queries
  • Inputting data on to the Company’s database
  • Project support
  • General admin duties
  • Greeting visitors
  • Asset collation
  • Inputting data on to the Company’s database
  • Logging service/PPM calls
  • PPM Scheduling
  • Processing out of hours calls
  • Processing engineers PPM paperwork
  • Update and submit customers weekly progress reports

Key experience / Qualifications:

  • Must be skilled in the use of MS Office 365 (Word/Excel/Outlook/Share Point)
  • Ideally be working towards a Business Administration qualification

  • Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills

  • Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
